OV&P had such fun photographing Logan de Villiers of Figures Models Randburg for her International Modelling & Talent Association (IMTA) portfolio. It was so exciting to see Logan’s versatility shine as a model and dancer in our studio as well as on location at the beautiful Kloofzicht Lodge & Spa, where the photo above was taken. Special thanks to the management and staff for welcoming us so warmly at their breath-taking venue.

Logan enchanted us with her positive and engaging energy, in addition to her boundless creativity, contributing ideas throughout her shoots. She made every outfit and pose look stunning. Make no mistake, this young lady worked seriously hard to help us capture, especially, her polished dance pose shots. And Kloofzicht could not have been a more perfect setting to assist Logan in showcasing her confidence, talent, strength and professionalism as a dancer.

Watching the weather forecast closely so that we could handpick a perfect day, we were able to optimize on capturing the golden hour of sunlight in Logan’s photo’s. Despite equipment and bags on our backs, some “bundu bashing”, a makeshift change room for Logan, and changing position every few minutes to keep up with the setting sun, I’m sure you will agree that her photos are memorable.

In studio, the focus was on capturing a modelling portfolio as well as more dance photos for Logan. Here is a little taste from this shoot:

Nothing compares to the satisfaction we experience when a client is delighted with their final photo’s, especially when working with such talented stars. Being part of the next step to Logan’s IMTA dream, as well as that of a few other young contestants, we wish them all a safe trip and only the best as they visit the Big Apple in July to represent South Africa and compete on an international level before thousands of talent scouts.
