The world as we know it can be quite a boring place, but every now and then there are seismic rumblings. Less commonly, there is an earthquake that changes the lives of all those in the immediate vicinity, sometimes with tragic consequences. In this case, there is an ATOMOS (read ATOMIC) earthquake that has sent out tsunami-sized ripples and caused panic for its competitors all over the globe. There is something to say for teamwork, especially when the pressure is on. It can be hard to find a winning team who just “click” and deliver, and when you have that, you have a seriously winning formula. I keep seeing this in our OV&P team members who do the “crouch, touch, pause, engage” equivalent of a top rugby team heading into a scrum. It never ceases to amaze me how brilliant new technologies are born, grow very slowly until someone realizes the full potential of the new technology, and then all hell breaks loose.
